Ben Lewistein Hi we are looking to buy a villa in Costa del Sol. The areas we are looking are Benalmadena, Riviera del Sol, Marbella. We want 3 or more bedrooms, private pool, sea views would be nice (not essential), garage or basement to convert to a gymnasium. We are looking at properties about 800,000 euros, this doesn't include our fees and we don't need a mortgage. Please send anything that you think is suitable and I will let you know either way. I want to buy a Spanish villa by March when our home in England completes. We plan to move out permanent so we need to find it beforehand with the purpose of moving into it in March. We are looking in Costa Blanca about 1 hour from Alicante airport. We want 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 full, 1 enuite) or 2 full, private garden, private pool, not overlooked, age is not important, distance to sea is not important, must have all paperwork so no illegal build villas. We want to keep below 300,000 all inclusive so we think about 270,000 for the villa. Please send any details. Thank you Berta

Hello I want a house, townhouse, terraced, semi with community pool. We want Orihuela Costa area, we have a friend with a property in Playa Flamenca. Our first choice is Cabo Roig but we will look at the other areas near here, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca. 2 bedrooms up to 180000euros.
