Ben Lewistein We are looking to buy a villa in Costa del Sol. The areas we are looking are Benalmadena, Riviera del Sol, Marbella. We want 3 or more bedrooms, private pool, sea views would be nice (not essential), garage or basement to convert to a gymnasium. We are looking at properties about 800,000 euros, this doesn't include our fees and we don't need a mortgage. Please send anything that you think is suitable and I will let you know either way. We'd like a 3 or 4 bed villa up to half hour of Marbella. Private pool ideal but would consider communal on small development if not too busy. 500,000. We have 10% extra. I play a lot of golf so we would buy on a golf course or near the beach but 15 minutes to both is perfect.
