We'd like a 3 or 4 bed villa up to half hour of Marbella. Private pool ideal but would consider communal on small development if not too busy. 500,000. We have 10% extra. I play a lot of golf so we would buy on a golf course or near the beach but 15 minutes to both is perfect.

I want to buy a Spanish villa by March when our home in England completes. We plan to move out permanent so we need to find it beforehand with the purpose of moving into it in March. We are looking in Costa Blanca about 1 hour from Alicante airport.
