I want to buy a Spanish villa by March when our home in England completes. We plan to move out permanent so we need to find it beforehand with the purpose of moving into it in March. We are looking in Costa Blanca about 1 hour from Alicante airport. We want 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 full, 1 enuite) or 2 full, private garden, private pool, not overlooked, age is not important, distance to sea is not important, must have all paperwork so no illegal build villas. We want to keep below 300,000 all inclusive so we think about 270,000 for the villa. Please send any details. Thank you Berta

MY SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW ARE MOVING TO SPAIN AT THE END OF AUGUST PERMANENTLY SO WE ARE GOING TO BUY A SMALL HOLIDAY HOME NEAR TO THEM SO WE CAN VISIT THEM REGULARLY. THEY ARE MOVING TO VILLMARIN SO WE WANT SOMEWHERE THAT WOULD BE NO MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AWAY.  JUST A 2 BED WITH COMMUNAL POOL IS OK. 120000 CASH BUYERS

Hi Cindy

We want 3 bedrooms with a pool up to 280,000 euros.  We would like to be about 20 Minutes to Murcia airport and in an English area, well with a good selection of English people anyway, it can be mixed but not all Spanish, we don't speak Spanish.
What else to tell you, I don't really know. If I've missed anything tell me Regards James

Can you show me some villas in Costa Blanca, 20 minutes or so to Murcia airport would be excellent. 3 bedroom with a pool 280.000EUROS. Modern urbanisations with other English people is better.
