I want to buy a Spanish villa by March when our home in England completes. We plan to move out permanent so we need to find it beforehand with the purpose of moving into it in March. We are looking in Costa Blanca about 1 hour from Alicante airport. We want 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 full, 1 enuite) or 2 full, private garden, private pool, not overlooked, age is not important, distance to sea is not important, must have all paperwork so no illegal build villas. Hello I want a house, townhouse, terraced, semi with community pool. We want Orihuela Costa area, we have a friend with a property in Playa Flamenca. Our first choice is Cabo Roig but we will look at the other areas near here, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca. 2 bedrooms up to 180000euros.

Can you show me some villas in Costa Blanca, 20 minutes or so to Murcia airport would be excellent. 3 bedroom with a pool 280.000EUROS. Modern urbanisations with other English people is better.
