I want to buy a Spanish villa by March when our home in England completes. We plan to move out permanent so we need to find it beforehand with the purpose of moving into it in March. We are looking in Costa Blanca about 1 hour from Alicante airport. We want 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 full, 1 enuite) or 2 full, private garden, private pool, not overlooked, age is not important, distance to sea is not important, must have all paperwork so no illegal build villas. We want to keep below 300,000 all inclusive so we think about 270,000 for the villa. Please send any details.
