Hi Bob I appreciate that you are looking more inland near Granada, but should you have any difficulties in finding just the right property, and therefore consider looking near the coast. Please do not hesitate to have a look at our lovingly restored Finca. Its between San Javier and San Pedro del Pinetar 10 mins from the Mar Menor. on 2000sq mtr plot. Hope you don´t mind me suggesting it doesn´t cost anything to look eh? Finding a Finca that you really like and has all the elements you are looking for will probably take a little while. Good Luck.
