Hello, we want to move to Spain permanent, we are downsizing from our UK home and looking for 3 bedrooms in inland Spain. We like Sax, La Romana, Hondon, Pinoso, Raspay. We want a property on its own, no terraced houses. Some work is alright but just cosmetic. We want a pool or definitely room for one. We don't have a big budget, 180000 but we are cash buyers. Our house is sold so we dont have a chain and the cash is available now.
