Hi, have you considered the Costa Blanca as we have modernised an old water mill which is situated 30 mins drive north of Alicante. We are only 5 mins drive to the motorway A7 & main road, & 10 mins from the local town of Villajoyosa & beach. It is very quiet & secluded, has its own pool. It might be just what you`re looking for! Hi Jason,
Glad to hear your making a move to Spain where I hope you will find as much happiness as we have. We have lived on the Costa Blanca ,near Denia, for twenty years and have found this area ideal for an ex.pat to live. Good medical facilities, good restaurants, good shopping, good well you name it everything is as near perfect as you are going to find anywhere.
You probably have very good reasons to pick the Costa Calida but if you still have an open mind why don`t you take a look to what the North Costa Blanca has to offer.

Moving to Costa Calida permanent. Requirements are 4 beds, private pool, modern. Easy access to main road/motorway. No schools required but would like to be within easy distance to hospital/doctors (who preferably speak English).
