Thank you for your message.
I have posted on my Blabba page a full description of my property and hope this answers all your queies about the actaul house.
Our house is situated near the top of the Monte Pego development giving fantastic views and is in an established area where most of the plots are a minimum of 2500 sq.m.
It takes about 3 minutes to get to the bottom of the estate where there are bars, restaurants, social club etc.. From here it is a 4 minute drive to our favourite cafe/bar down by the river in Els Poblets village.
From our house we can be on the nearest sabdy beach in 10 mins. and on the outskirts of Denia in ten minutes and on the sea front of Denia in 15 minutes.
We have owned the house from new and have lived in it full time and have never rented it out. It is our HOME and we will be very sad to leave it. We are down sizing to release our retirement fund and to travel a lot in the next few years.
Our new property is very close by as we love the area and have many many friends of all nationalities close by.

If you are thinking of relocating to Spain full time, we really are in an excellent position. Exactly half way between Valencia and Alicante, both of which provide good airports, shopping and cultural facilities. Valencia especially is a beautiful city and we can be in the heart of it in an hour driving up the quiet motorway or in an hour and a half up the main road.
Nearer to hand we have a new indoor shopping mall only 7 or 8 mins drive away which has a good range of shops , especially nice clothing shops for the ladies.
Denia 12-15mins drive is a lovely town with good shopping, lively social scene and a new marina. The varied coastline provides everything from long ,long sandy beaches to rocky coves .
We have spent 20 very happy years here and we are only moving about 2 kms away.

I see that whilst writing my message, further details have been added about your preferred property and seems like we are maybe just a bit north of your ideal location. However, sometimes it doesn't hurt to look outside of the box just in case and maybe our house may be of interest in the event that you fail to find anything you like elsewhere.
Our home appears to fit your criteria to a 'T', having a 220m2 ground floor with a huge lounge/Diner, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of outside terracing, both covered and uncovered, and a whole 220m2 fully finished underbuild presently used as an entertainment area with bar, and a huge finished storage area which could easily be converted to a further bedroom. Leaving the laundry and 4 car garage aside, the remainder of the space lends itself perfectly to conversion to a separate apartment.
Situated in a beautiful orange valley which is the home to a fantastic new international golf course, the property is within very easy reach of Gandia with its spectacular beaches and the thriving cosmopolitan city of Valencia.
