Linda Stevens » hannah bond Hello Hannah, My company Buena Vista Villas sl has been located in the Orba Valley for 10 years, I also have properties in the Jalon Vally - we are between Alicante and Valencia and 15 to 30 minutes to the coastal towns of Denia, Moraira and Javea. We have the best of both worlds in this area - we are inland in a beautiful wine growing region and away from the summer madness on the coast but within easy reach of the larger towns. The majority of my properties are within walking distance of local villages. Hello we are moving to Costa Blanca and we are looking to find a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom detached villa with private pool in Javea. We want a modern property that doesn't require any renovations and we want to pay 800.000euros. This does not include our buying fees. We plan to come over to Spain in November to view and we are flying into Valencia and staying with friends in Denia.
