Henri Abagnielson We live in Moraira and we are looking for a studio/1 bedroom apartment to purchase for our daughter who is currently living with us but is moving in with her boyfriend. We want her to be close by and she also wants to stay in the area so Moraira/Teulada is where we are looking. We are fairly flexible on viewing properties if you give us a little notice. Costa Blanca North is our chosen location. We are interested in receiving information on Apartments or Penthouses with 2 bedrooms, a nice size balcony for Al-Fresco dining, and one that has fabulous sea views. We want as close to the sea as possible but it is not an absolute necessity to be on the front line. Our proposed budget is 380,000 Euros although if we are offered something really spectacular that is a little higher, we would consider an increase in spend. Thank you very much.

Can you send me any properties in Costa Blanca North Altea, Javea,Oliva, Denia Moraira, Coastal and 30 minutes inland, looking for two properties one villa with 3 beds and private pool for me up to 280.000 euros and another one with 3 beds detached up to 250.000 for my wifes cousin. Both in good order, but decoration no problem on both properties. Thanks Jim
