Hi Paula, sittig here just browsing through Blabba, saw your comments re -prices. I am a seller, I find I have to keep my eyes on agents unless I keep checking they do vary their prices. I prefer to keep one price and commission is included. There are some people prefer to give the agent, their bottom price and let them put the commision on top. In the main there are two types of agent, the smaller local ones which are on top of the job and charge a reasonable commision or the big boys that have their own hotels and bring people over on buying trips and don,t let them out of their sight, dare I say prehaps pressure selling, they supply the reps with cars, the rep almost lives with client for 4 days, the rep is on commision only, so I leave the rest to your imagination. I suggest you stick to the smaller guys and if you buy through them I think you will find most of them will also be of great help after the sale which is very important. The alternative go to a private seller you will save even more money, but make sure they know their way around and can help youwith any problems with paperwork even after sale and get it in writing. I am sorry to say most not all solicitors once you have paid them thats it, there are exceptions!!!I will probably get some flack for this, but remember its your hard earnt money do not be afraid to make an offer for any property you view if you like it, but only if you are serious about buying. We get people asking by e-mail what is the lowest price and they have not even seen the property, they are just a waste of space. All the best in your search.

Hello we would like a little townhouse near the sea in Costa Calida to use for a holiday home. We have chosen this area because we have stayed in Los Alcazares before and really like it. We like how close to the airport it is and that it is a nice Spanish town. We want 2 bedrooms about 170.000.
Please contact me.
Thanks Paula.
