I hope you got my message and have had a chance to have a look at the information on my webpage. I just wanted to add a personal note based on the feedback we have had so far. We hope you won't write off our home simply because we not right in the thick of it on the coast, as some have done. We thought like most people when we came here that the coast was the only place to be. We tried it for 3 years and decided that 'being in the thick of it' wasn't really very pleasant at times, fighting with the crowds, being crowded out of our favourite restaurants and not being able to go about our normal daily life during the summer months and innumerable bank holidays that afflict Spain. Here in Barraca, we can be in the midst of it all when we feel like it within 15 minutes, the rest of the time, we enjoy our lovely home and pool and spectacular mountain and valley views.

Drawing on the experiences we had with our first new build, we have done everything we can to ensure as pleasant, comfortable and trouble free life as we can, upgrading wherever possible the builder's spec. The interior of the house is really different and has to be seen to appreciate the space and quality of fittings and build.

Health problems mean we need to downsize but we doubt we will move too far from where we are now, life really is good here in the valley.

I would like to clarify I am not an agent so only have the one house for sale.
It is a lovely 4/5 bedroomed villa situated on Monte Pego. We are in sight of the sea(about 10mins max by car) and Denia town cente is about 12mins. by car.The property is set in lovely grounds of 2500 sq.ms.
