SG Legal & Tax Services Hi Maureen, thank you for your enquiry regarding our legal fees for the purchase of your property. It is not a fixed fee we charge for every conveyancing, or a percentage of the purchase price, but it depends on the work involved. We would however give you a fee at the start of the process, so you would know exactly how much it would cost.
If you have any queries regarding the purchase process in Spain, do not hesitate to contact me. We do not charge for an initial consultation and there is no obligation that you have to use our services. My e-mail address is stuart@sginternationalservices.com.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your enquiry regarding our conveyancing charges. For a property of 150,000 euros, our fees would normally be around
