Hello Glenn Swingle, I am/we are looking for a 4 or 5 bed detached villa in Costa del sol, near to Marbella 20/30minutes. We need a private pool, would like sea views, large kitchen/kitchen area, we will consider open plan design, new or second hand, private garden not overlooked, €780.000. My preference is a 2-4 bedroom apartment or penthouse with large balcony for outside dining Alfresco with good views, sea, harbour, mountains or just pretty scenic outlook in Malaga. Nice light property fully equipped. price ranging between 200 and 400 thousand. I know this is a big price difference but I know there are some real bargains around at the moment.
